Dana Harel Fall 2023
For Fall 2023, Dana Harel—inspired by "vintage-meets-contemporary" aesthetics—provides brides with breathtaking designs that anyone could wear to any bridal occasion. Though the collection leans more modern, featuring looks with unique draping, hourglass shapes, and corset bodices, the designer was sure to utilize traditional fabrications to create ensembles that are timeless and noteworthy.
As reported in the brand's collection notes, "The Dana Harel Fall/Winter 2023 Bridal Collection, 'Allure', combines a beautiful balance of early 19th-century fashion with refined elements of late 20th-century '90s glam. Think royal corsetry, luxurious fabrications, unconventional necklines, unapologetic sensuality, and new-age classic designs—with an irreverent yet elegant edge. Titled 'Acqua', Dan Harel Spring 2023 can be categorized as luxurious, sexy, and contemporary — a medley of styles that will appeal to daring brides who are searching for one-of-a-kind pieces. As noted by the brand, "Originally inspired by royalty, 'Acqua' was designed using classic European figures, twisted with a Mediterranean feel reflecting the power of the sea."
These nautical motifs are easily seen through the patterned beadwork on the Adriana dress to the oceanic flow of tulle draped on the Nur skirt—and are further exemplified within the campaign's imagery, as well. Shot on a beach reserve in Isreal, each photo beautifully showcases Harel's gowns with the use of "natural sunlight, powerful rocks, and shimmering sea [that] made it the ideal setting for this season’s shiny bridal gowns embellished with pearls, beads, and Swarovski crystals," shares the designer.
