According to our experts, there are a few key date ranges to consider for Leos’ nuptials that will lead to a more romantic affair and a longer-lasting marriage. First and foremost, Thomas says that Lions will feel most comfortable trading vows during Leo season, any time from July 23 to August 22. Other times of the year that will provide optimal conditions for this Fire sign are Sagittarius Season, which lasts from November 22 to December 21, or near a full moon in Sagittarius, which takes place between May 21 and June 20. Thomas also says Aquarius season, any time from January 20 to February 18, is a desirable option for a Leo bride or groom.

Wedding Venue

With their high ambitions and desire to demand attention, Leos won’t be throwing down at a local spot. They’ll have their hearts set on a destination wedding in an exotic location—anywhere from Barbados to Bora Bora—which will ensure that their loved ones can experience something new and unexpected as part of the celebration.

For the main meal, fire signs will host a formal sit-down dinner with multiple courses showcasing high-quality cuisine. “They’ll have an abundance of options for the entrée to show off their fabulousness,” Stardust remarks. Some ideas include beef tenderloin with red wine jus, cedar plank salmon with a maple glaze, or seared scallops smothered in lemon garlic sauce for the main course, plus seasonal salads, truffle risotto, and roasted vegetables for sides. Of course, the food won’t just stop at dinner. Late-night bites, from a s’mores bar to an ice cream sundae station, will blow guests away.

For Lions who are cake aficionados, confections with multiple tiers covered in embellishments will suit their personality and style. Since maximalism is at their core, they’ll select a getup doused in embellishments, like beads, sequins, sparkles, or floral appliqués—or a combination of all of them. Daring details, such as a thigh-high slit or a plunging neckline, will also deliver. For Leo grooms, Stardust suggests a colorful tuxedo.

Honeymoon Destination

After they’ve tied the knot, the wedding festivities won’t be over for Leos. Lions will jet off to a luxurious destination for a post-nuptial vacation to remember. “Leos want to spend their honeymoon days floating on the ritz and living the high-class life,” Stardust says. “In this case, they’ll totally love Monte Carlo.” A spot with all of the frills will be the most comfortable place for Leos to unwind and celebrate their new marriage. They’ll probably stay in a suite at an all-inclusive resort and spend the entirety of the vacation getting pampered with spa treatments and fine dining.
