Naomi Watts Carried a Bouquet of Flowers from a Local Deli for Her Wedding to Billy Crudup

However, when Naomi Watts married Billy Crudup in New York City on June 10, 2023, the bride went to an affordable source to purchase her bouquet: a local deli.The Impossible actress took to social media to share behind-the-scenes photos from her special day, including her arrangement of in-season flowers. In one of her Instagram Stories, Watts posted a shot of herself wearing her lace Oscar de la Renta wedding dress while holding a bouquet of white flowers and greenery wrapped in ribbon. “Flowers from the deli!!” she wrote on the slide.

The actress also shared other details from her big day. Watts uploaded a few portraits of herself and Crudup, who sported a navy blue suit jacket, white shirt, and calla lily boutonnière for the occasion. In one of the photos of the couple, a selfie of the duo smiling for the camera, Watts completed the slide with the word, “Hubby.” Watts also posted a couple of images of herself, highlighting her lace gown, affordable bouquet, and chic bob styled in tousled waves. Then, the actress posted an image of the newlyweds posing with Mark Ruffalo, Sunrise Coigney, Josh Hamilton, and Lily Thorne, who appeared to be guests at the wedding. “Happy birthday to @jhamilton,” Watts wrote over the image. “A little bit of fun with husband…@markruffalo @sunnyspop_retail and lovely Lily.”

The following day, Watts shared more wedding photos on her Instagram Story. In one slide, the Adore actress expressed gratitude for hairstylist Ryan Trygstad and makeup artist Kyra Panchenko, who seemed to have handled her wedding glam. “So grateful for these two who've been there for a solid 18 years,” she wrote alongside a photo of the trio. “Love them so so much.” Watts’ token of appreciation also extended to her manager, Jason De Beer. “And @jasondebeer!!! So beyond grateful for you,” she said on the next slide.

Watts first confirmed her marriage to Crudup on June 10, 2023, with an in-feed Instagram post. “Hitched! 🕊️🪢♥️,” she exclaimed in her caption. To announce the news, the actress uploaded a photo of herself and her new husband, which De Beer captured, standing on the steps of what appears to be a Manhattan courthouse, according to E! News. In the image, the entertainers wrapped their warms around one another while smiling widely. Their friends and family expressed so much excitement for the newly married couple. “Hooray!!!” Jennifer Coolidge gushed. “Just woke up to this !!!!!👏👏👏👏Congrats!!! 🎸🎸💋💋🍾🍾You two couldn't look happier !!!XO.” Andy Cohen remarked, “I feel partially responsible for this🌈👏🏼🥰🤣❤️.” Nicole Kidman exclaimed, “So So happy for you both, Love you Nai - you did it! ❤️❤️❤️.”

The duo was first romantically linked in 2017 after starring in Gypsy on Netflix, but they didn’t make their red carpet debut until the 2022 SAG Awards in February, per Today. Five months later, Watts celebrated Crudup’s 54th birthday by sharing a rare Instagram post of the couple at the Louvre Museum in Paris. “Happy Birthday my love 💋🇫🇷,” she said.
