Where to Stay in San Diego
If looking to stay in the heart of San Diego, also known as the Gaslamp District, Bell suggests booking a few rooms at The Pendry. It’s just blocks from the San Diego Convention Center and Petco Park, as well as dozens of bars and eateries, vibrant nightlife, beaches, shopping, and more. The Pendry is also a trendy destination within itself, with a rooftop pool, restaurants, and bars on-site. What's more, another option to consider is the Andaz San Diego, a stylish boutique hotel with a rooftop that overlooks the city and has DJs playing on the weekends. Both properties are within walking distance of all of the best spots, so there’s a sense of convenience and comfort that your bachelorette group will love.
Interested in more beachy vibes? The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Hotel are two properties to consider for pristine oceanfront views and five-star service. The Mission Pacific, in particular, is home to one of the best rooftop bars in San Diego and the Top Gun House (perfect for photo ops!), and was recently featured on ABC's "The Bachelorette".
For those who prefer booking through a vacation rental site, however, there's no shortage of options in San Diego that can accommodate your entire group. For example, this private resort home sleeps up to 10 guests and is within close proximity to the city’s major attractions and beaches. Or, you can opt for this four-bedroom residential home that sleeps up to 12 guests with views of the city center.
